ROC Plainview Providers Pantry
The Providers Pantry is a great way to make your grocery dollars go farther.
You receive around $60 worth of food for only $30. Food boxes are distributed once a month and a box
will normally feed a family of four for a week.
You can find an order form below. This form is updated monthly so be sure to come back for a new one. Once you have filled out the form bring it and your payment to the Restoration Outreach Center prior to the deadline so they can process your order.
